My client is a well established fire and security contractor that cover all over the UK. They deal with fire systems, security systems and are expanding into fire stopping. Based in Kent they are going to be increasing their company skill level to grow the fire stopping team over the next few years so a great time to join and be part of this expansion. They reputation as a one stop shop for fire protection has just got even better
They are recruiting for a Passive Fire Protection Project Manager, you will be:-
- Covering all over the UK with time spent staying away on average 2-3 weeknights per week
- Running the fire door installation projects, speaking with clients and subbies to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Dealing with 8-9 projects at any one time
- Quality checking sites, audits, final hand over to the client
- Working with the companies such as the Home Office and the Ministry of Justice as well as some commercial clients
Skills needed to be a passive fire project manager:-
- Need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Experience needed in passive fire with fire doors working as a project manager
- Living anywhere in or around the midlands for ease of travel across the country
- You need to be ok with working across the country and staying away 2-3 week nights per week
Salary and Benefits of a passive fire projects manager:-
- 50-55k basic
- car, phone, lap top, petrol expenses
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Accommodation and meals paid for when working away
